Default Lifting the car with SFC's on??

I have SLP bolt on sub frame connectors. Where can I lift the car with one of those lifts that have the legs that swing out?

For the front legs I lift them under the frame rail looking parts. Run right along side of the exhaust. On the rear I lift where the back of the subframes connectors bolt to the chassis. Good sturdy lifting points and dont damage the car. Hope this is understandable

pretty much same here. I have the UMI three point subframes and I just use them as a lift point, there welded in so there nice and strong.
