You can do that with any rotor.

Did you guys install these yourselves? or have the shop do it? Reason I ask is I just ordered my 18" c6 z06's, going ot be awhile before they show up and I don't want to run the stock rotors with nice new wheels, plus I need less dust!... Are the hawke hps low enough dust? or should I go with the ceramic hawkes?. THanks in advance for any info.

I'm looking at getting these rotors. But now I'm stuck on which pads to get. I'm thinking of just getting the GM durastop what do you guys think of those?

Well it all depends on your pocket . If you want the best ,then I guess go with the hawks. Now if you are on a budget like me , I bought a set of Performance Fictions for the front and set of Durulast pads for the rear. I paid 85.00 for everything at Autozone. So far everything is working perfect together. But the choice is yours.

if you read the reviews on ws6project.com, the earlier reviews are all great but the most recent reviews are littered with complains about the rotors cracking up all over the place. perhaps they started using different blanks, but the newest ones seem to be shoddy if the reviews are to be trusted.

I have had them on for about a month now with stock pads, no problems. I won't be hard breaking with them. Bought 'em purely for looks. I did paint the hats black though.

are these an upgrade over stock? They are the same size as stock LS1 brakes so....I have been reading that slotted/drilled rotors are not an upgrade over stock. Can someone explain this to me, lol.
