Default I think my koni is broken? help?

Went to adjust the front pass side, and the adjuster just keeps spinning. It wont stop at the softest point or at the stiffest point. Does this mean its broken? What should or can i do?

I had one begin to leak and they replaced it for free. Call Koni and give them a credit card number. They will send you a new shock for 1/2 price. Put it on and then return the old one. They will inspect it and if they don't think it was abuse they will credit your card back and you have a new shock for free. If not well, you got it for 1/2 price.
