Default bouncy breaking?

When going down hills on the break it feels like my front end is bouncy... Is this my 9 yr old shocks and springs or is it the breaks?

i would say front shocks. braking pushes the weight to the front of the car and it sounds like the shocks arent damping the spring action when the weight shifts. brakes are probably fine.

You probably have warped front brake rotors.
