I remember reading a post a long time ago about how bad they sucked and didnt work with the suspension design of F-Bodys. I know they work pretty good on a Mustang.

I remember a couple people using them back in the day. If I remember right, both people said they worked pretty well, but the problem was that they didn't strengthen the arm on it that took the brunt of the force on a hard launch. I know at least one of them broke their set.
If you want something solid, I might be willing to part with my Metco's.

We used to talk about these in the drag racing section of www.camaroz28.com... we basically hate them.
I had a set and they make the car ride really stiff. They did not work.
Mustangs are different animals. They have no torque arm and have upper and lower control arms.
My Lakewood bars broke after a month. The brace that goes behind the shock always breaks. I spent mucho time with Lakewood to set them up too.
I'd avoid them.
All they do is bind the suspension.
