How can I lower it? I got 500 bux right now to lower my bird!
What do you guyz suggest is the best way to lower it!
any help will be greatly appreciated.

I really like my Vogtland springs because of the 30% weight reduction. The powder coating is amazing as I was unable to scuff it even when I rotated the spring compressor around them. They are taught though. The ride is stiff as they are performance springs.
Sam Strano sells shocks but most important is he is considered the man when it comes to advice with suspension. BTW, I used my standard shocks when I changed springs. I'll go with the Bilsteins or Koni's when I can afford.

you can get bilsteins hd's for around $350 shipped or the revalved bilsteins from sam strano for around $500-550. The revalves will offer a much better ride and most people will recommend them or koni's which are even more. Lowering is not cheap, right now I am buying some bilstein hd's and springs for the rear since they are so easy to change out. I will probably wait a while to change out the fronts.

I would say keep saving up some more money, and do it right the first time. You almost have enough now for revalves, another $260 or so and you can get a great set of springs. I would suggest Stranos, or Hotchkis springs with revalved bilsteins or SA Koni's.

Also, I read that sam only recommends relocation brackets only if I am planning on doing alot of drag racing and I don't, maybe 2-3 times a year.
So I guess I will keep on saving another couple hundered bux,I dont want to do a half azz job!

Strano Springs are made by Vogtland. They also weigh less and have the best stance in my opinion.
You could buy Koni's, install them on the lower perch for the fronts and take out the rubber isolators out in the back for a slightly lowered look.

Hey Zeke! The Stranos are the ones I was telling you I wanted too. I havent ordered them because Sam recommends getting the package and right now i dont have the dinero for the konis (and dont want the revalved bilsteins because i want to be able to adjust them) Let me know if you end up ordering the Strano Springs.
Batman and stretch's TAs have nice stances! Hopefully i can meet one of you guys in person so i can see the stances first hand!

You'll need an adjustable panhard bar to center up the rear after lowering our cars.
try www.LS1howto.com I think they have a link to installing shocks and springs.
