I noticed my "frames" getting loose at 107k, then at 110k one of my frames fell copmpletely off! Good thing I carry a phillips screwdriver! lol

Dude, your frame doesn't rattle loose with age. That's a Ford problem only.
SFC's are for if you wanna race and need the extra ridgidity.

For the record, I was being sarcastic because as I was reading your post I had a mental picture of my frame falling right out from under the car. Didn't mean to rag on you, it just hit me funny.

SFC's are unneccessary unless you have a lot of power and traction. The 4th gens chassis are pretty decent at near stock power levels.

Yeh, the sarcasm was obvious.. I didn't feel ragged on..

I wish I hadn't sold my SFC's.. I had a set of BMR tubular weld-in's..

I guess I'll have to pick up another set.. I am planning on going heads/cam in the next 3 or 4 months..

I assume the weld type SFC's are better??? Or will the bolt on type be good enough? I plan on staying <330hp to the wheels with this car.

you can get the bolt in ones and then weld them in at your convenience. thats what i did
