Default Valvoline Synpower dot3/dot4 fluid any good?

I went to 2 local Autozone/Advance Auto stores and they had crap for brake fluid options. Best stuff I found was Valvoline Synpower. It just said 'exceeds DOT3/DOT4' specs but didn't say what it actually was. Is that good enough?

Also, how much fluid does the braking system hold? I bought 4 of the bottles, they are like 12 ounces each I think. Maybe 10, I'll have to check. I plan on replacing my lines, adding a line lock, and I expect to flush all the fluid out.

Thanks,
Dope

That's the fluid I run in all my cars, except the Camaro. I use Castrol SRF there. Not sure how much it takes, but it takes 1.5 bottles of SRF...
