02 Camaro Lowered: Canuck Motorsports Springs
I bought them off of eBay mostly because they were affordable, in part because they were made by a Canadian company.
It took a while to get the springs because they weren't in stock when I bought them and it took Canuck Motorsports quite a while to have them manufactured and shipped. Overall a fair product for the money, iffy on the customer service.
The drop is ~1.5" (at all four corners) at this time (1 day in and less than 100 miles) so they may settle a bit yet.
The ride quality didn't suffer too much and Natasha is pleased. Now I have to decide whether or not to pull the rear wheels in (remove the spacers) to stop the rubbing. I can't imagine why more people don't lower their F-bodies as it greatly improves the appearance.

I don't know about that.^^^^ I NEVER liked the Y2K Vette wheels on our cars until the above pic!! I think the ALL black (especially the ALL black wheels!) looks wicked sweet!!! But then I CAN'T STAND shiny blingpimpy G ****, so don't go by me.
Motorhead; did they give you any specs at all on these things? The car looks GREAT with that stance, I'm just wondering if the springs are too soft for the shortened travel (like Sportlines), since you mentioned that they were not harsh.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Oddly I never asked. There is a noticeable increase in spring rate, however it is nothing like the stiff-as-hell springs in my Turbo Buick. I should inquire into this and pass the information along, huh?

I think you misunderstood what I was saying about the Y2Ks on your f body. I was PRAISING the way they looked, trying to say that I don't like them in polish/chrome, but LOVE them in ALL black, like you did them!!! I was ragging on everyone else who only likes **** in shiny chrome/polish "blingpimp" ghetto style.
That thing looks GREAT with that stance AND those wheels!
BTW; yeah, specs on those springs would be welcome.

Thanks, I worked my *** off on that Buick. It just needs the LS1 brakes installed in the rear and it should be good for a while.
Oh, I got what you were saying. I hate chrome and polished wheels too (I have Welds on my SS and I hate maintaining them)... not to mention anything over 19" on any GM performance model car.
When I get home next week I'll pursue Canuck MS for some specs.
Cheers!
