Will ZO6 calipers and rotors fit 17" rims?

IIRC, the C5 Z06 calipers will fit with a little filing on the fins on the back. I'm kinda interested in this, too...when its time to get new brakes (not for a while), I'm thinking about upgrading...but I've got TTMs, and they're lipped differently, from what I understand.

As others have stated, you'll need the C5 brakes with 17" wheels. C6 Z06 brakes require a minimum 18" wheel and even then there are very few wheels that will clear them.
