How often do you have to lube the poly bushings for the tq arm, control arms etc? I am just wondering cause I have started to hear a pop on occasion when I am slowing down, I almost think it has something to do with the front swaybar but who knows.

I do it every oil change. Just so that they dont get a chance to "bind" up, and chew up a bushing.

Everytime I've tried to lube the bushings with the zerk fittings, grease comes oozing back out the fitting right away. Last week I pulled the LCAs, PHR, & torque arm off the car, removed the bushings and regreased everything. Feels like a brand new car. Still wondering why the zerks don't work though...

I lubed them up over the weekend and I also found that my tq arm was not all the way tight which may have been the sound I was hearing, the car does feel much better now, Also using the standard grease fitting I was able to lube up the bushings with no problem, I just held it on with my hand while I pumped the grease gun, I did 3 pumps per bushing

my bushings dont make any poping noises. they just squeak when they need lube. id check for a bad wheel bearing or something. I had a bad passenger rear at 23,000 miles.

I have not heard the popping since I did all the work the other day, I think it was the tq arm being looose, I could actually see a gap between it and the rear end :_
