Sway bar hitting shock...
OK, I just got a 1" sway bar and it is hitting my shock. Anyone else have this and how did you fix it. It is marring my shock pretty bad even just going around the block. I called the manufacturer and they said they have hear this before with this bar and a Moser rear since they sometimes intall the shock brackets too far inside. I adjusted my panhard rod some and it did not seam to help. I will adjust more but do not want it out of center. Only the pass shock. The drivers is ok.

Correction. It is hitting both shocks. I took off the sway bar and placed the stocker on top of it to compare and it seams to me it is not bent correctly. I will post pics soon.

In that case, I'm not sure how that aftermarket bar would fit. It looks like the bends aren't steep enough to clear the shocks. Sorry, I know that's not a very good answer, but I just can't see a way to make that fit.

WTF...I've had the stock bar and a ST 25mm bar on my rear, and neither came close to doing this. Honestly, that looks like an improperly bent bar...I'd hope the manufacturer would step up to the plate to fix this one, but you might be SOL since the bar now has damage. That SUCKS.

Called them again. They say they can't get tight enough radius on the material they use. They did say to measur eit and he would compare to others in stock to see if I got one that is off, but he still says Moser makes the shock mounts too narow. If it is correct to thier specs, I am not sure what to do as I can not use it. But I do not want to loose any money either as it is not my fault.
