I used the bottom hole and they are bolt-in brackets.

Try the other hole in the relocation brackets.

If that doesn't work get an adjustable shock and run it on #5 or #6

If that doesn't work get an adjustable torque arm.

Either way you need an adjustable panhard rod. The rear end should always be centered in any application.

Cheapest way is to buy 1" .156 wall tubing and tap it with 3/4 threads and use a 3/4 thread 5/8 rod hole rod end, drill the holes to 5/8" on the panhard brackets and use aluminum tubing with 5/8" inner diameter hole about 1/4" thick tubing for the spacers on each side.

Will cost you about 75 bucks to make tops.

Decarbon shocks is your problem. If you mostly drag race, buy some HAL adj shocks & turn the stiffness up. If you road race & drag race, buy Bilsteins & throw an air bag in the RR spring & inflate it when you drag race. Sam told you what the actual problem is....
