The SFCs will help a little transferring the power to the tires (instead of losing it in body flex), but until you make serious power all you'll notice is tighter handling (& no wrinkles in the fenders).

The real answer is you need ALL of them if you want the best drag racing times & no broken parts.....
My car got Poly bushings first - big difference

Then, LCA relocation brackets and 3 point SFCs - again, big difference

Last month I got Adjustable LCAs, an adjustable Panrod bar, and an adjustable Torque Arm (set at -3.5 degrees!) - Again, a BIG BIG difference

They all work together in controlling flex and wasted motion.

My dad and step-father both say real slicks are the best upgrade, but I'm still waiting for Greg Weld to finish his 15 x 10 before I go down that path!
