Rear sway bars and ten bolt!
I just had my car lifted up today cause I was changing the brake pads and I noticed that there is already a rear sway bar. If that is so, what would be the reason to get a custom one. Also, the rear diff is a ten bolt, what is the difference between that and a twelve bolt. Most people mods have the twelve bolt and talk about it being good and stuff. Just wondering what is the difference!

12 bolt rear end is just a bigger and stronger rear end than the stock 10 bolt (which can break with stock power and good traction.)
There are different size sway bars to effect handling/balance and traction off the line. A really big one (25mm for example, 19 is stock) will make the car hook better, but oversteer in the corners and have a more jarring ride in the back.
If you are going for handling you want to match the front and rear size correctly for the best feel and balance. The combo I have (strano parts 35mm front, 22mm rear) is a proven combo for good balance in the corners.

going to the 25mm rear sway didn't change the ride quality at all.
The effect was quite positive for me. It keeps the car from biasing to one side when launching hard. It actually takes more effort to swing out the rear.
If done along with LCA relocation brackets, LCA's and panhard bar, the net result will allow you to virtually punch it, break loose, know you broke loose and not even give a second thought about it as the car will simply respond by going "straight" in almost a surreal video game sim sense.
As far as the 10 bolt goes, it's a crap shoot. Mine's survived multiple 4k rpm nitto 315 clutch dumps (majority are 3krpm dumps) (50+ last year alone at the the track).
My previous car went through 3 sets of gears.
