Default New Strano Pics

I got my Strano springs, koni 4/4, and double adj phb installed today. At first I had to get used to the lowered look but now I love it. Th car looks and rides great but I have one concern and that is I can hear rattling in the back and it sounds kinda raggety. I never had this problem before the install so is this something that happens for a few days and goes away or should I be concerned? The car is a little dirty so when I have it cleaned I will post more pics.

Yeah I know there not the same exact pics but it was getting dark.

Would the exhaust make that much of a difference though cause it wasn't rattling with the stock setup.

Where the exhaust goes over the axle it gets real close. I'd check there first.

My U clamp loosened on my cat back and caused a rattling vibration in the rear. Definitely something easy to check for.

Looks amazing!!!

gotta love that stance

Its gonna be a little rougher with the rod ended PHB and the stiffer springs, so if you don't find anything obviously wrong i wouldn't worry about the extra noise.

Thanks me and my friend who helped me with the install are gonna check a few things out if it continues in a few days. I'll get better pics up tomorrow if it doesn't rain so I can wash it.

So if I don't find the source of the rattling it is something that I am just gonna have to live with because of the stiffer springs? Is this the case with all lowered cars?

Its always gonna be a little harsher. If it really bothers you and you can't find any issues, you can always install some sound canceling material in the back hatch area.

You did put the spring isolators on the strano springs so it isn't metal to metal contact didn't you? That would cause alot of noise... and your rear looks a little lower than mine. Just a thought

^^^

I dont think ive ever riden in an Fbody that has had "NO RATTLES" ,before or after lowering springs. And you must be looking at the before pictures because if the rear comes down any more, hes gonna be destroying his rear tires with his offset. (my car is the same way)

No, its not just the springs, my car has zero rattles.
Also what are your Konis set at, and are you SURE you set them correctly (not accidentally on full hard instead of full soft?)

Yeah we set the rears at full soft. I'm pretty sure we did everything right but we'll check it to be sure. Does anyone have pics of there install
