Default Which Springs would U use???

I'm getting ready to put springs on, so I was wondering which ones are the best? Somewhere, not to long ago, in one of the forums, I read Eibachs cause you TO LOSE TIME in the 60, is this someones opinion or what. Then, I was curious about the Moroso Trick springs it says "DRAG USE ONLY", but we use headers and other "OFF-ROAD USE ONLY" parts, would it be ok(4 street use) or is it a exception??? SORRY SO LONG BUT I JUST WANT TO LEARN!!!
ALL OPINIONS WANTED THANKS ALREADY

Any set of "LOWERING SPRINGS" are going to cause you to lose 60' times. The springs are stiffer and dont alow weight transfer

a set of LCA's and relocation brktts...youll be fine.
With eibach's, the stock shocks will go quick, so look into a good set of shocks as well

BMR springs, they ride almost like stock and give the car a great stance.

You can also unbolt your front swaybar at the track for better weight distribution.
