Default Quieter brake pads?

Alright what is the best QUIET brake pad for the front of my 02 WS6. The ones on it are the medium grade from O'rielys and they are pretty noisy. When I step on the brakes they sound and feel like they are grinding to a stop. I guess the pads have about 8-9 thousand miles on them.

Thanks
Vinny

Well I've never had a car with (front) breaks quite this loud. Kinda like grinding while stopping. It will get your attention if the radio is off. A little embarasing when you concider other performance cars a quieter.

The rotors were turned when the pads were put on and I could feel a little pulse so I had them turn again about 4-6 weeks ago and they were true and I can still hear what sounds like a pulse but its not the rotor

By fittings, do you mean the pins attached to the piston side of the caliper that the bracket that holds the outer pad slides onto?
Reason I ask is I just installed Brembo blanks and used the top of the line ceramic Autozone pads. I've got the same kind of grinding noise when I put on the brakes. I know my pins are good, as I cleaned them up well and greased them with the right stuff. I thought the noise was just because it was an aggressive pad.

I purchased brake grease when I did the brake job and used plenty. When I apply the brakes its a low level GRIND that you can plainly hear.
