As far as height, it's not something that anyone can post a picture up 'cos it's infinitely adjustable so it all depends on how the owner likes it/set it up. It can be as high as a 4x4 or so low you scrape your exhaust on the road. Here's pics that I have of the "kit"

I've got all the pics I took when I installed them with Koni's here ... http://www.putfile.com/album/159191

Here's everthing I swapped. Koni's, Grond Control setup (550/175) and Strano Sway bars.

I don't have any current pics of the car lowered with the ground control kit 'cos the weather's not been good ... but I've lowered it enough so that it barely clears the speed bumps in my neighborhood and the gap around the fender is about equal all the way around

I have not slammed mine, since I have a biggish y pipe and need the ground clearance.

I have been very happy with it.

here is a pic of my old car from around 10 years ago now. it was on GC's and Koni's. I dropped it to the bump stops both front and rear for the pic. It takes cutting the stock spring cup off the the rear end and doing the hose mod to get it this low in the back though. but as you can see you can get it stupid low to where the tires rub in the wells whenever you turn brake or accelerate. Looks pretty cool in pics but obviously not recommended to drive with 0 suspension travel.

Thanks, I will try to lower it a little further this year since I have made some minor changes to the old exhaust to add some clearance and improve the handling.

Well the ride all depends on where you set the shocks at, I set mine somewhere in the middle so it's a little soft for comfort but it's still kinda jarring on bad roads and bridge expansion joints/etc. Could be firmer, but I'll do that if I go to the track

It is a UMI RR K member and lower arms. The upper arms are the Global west with Delalum bushings. So I have more alignment adjustment available than most.

I mostly do autocrosses and take it to the drag strip with the local F body club. I do plan on doing some lapping this year now that I think I have my cooling system up to task.

I do a little of everything with it. It even gets compliments at cruise nights and small shows.

The helmet is actually an Impact Champ, made by Bill Simpson.

I love the GW uppers, but still need to get the motor in the car to try out the new K member.
