adj TQ arm and reloc brakets fight each other?

adj TQ arm and reloc brakets fight each other? i have relocation brackets and an adjustable TQ arm. do they fight each other? the brackets try to lift the rear of the car up and the TQ arm tries to lift the front of they car up. my car is not squatting, is this whats causing it? the car is lowered with the prokit and i have the LCAs in the bottom hole in the brackets
