Could new bumpstops level out my ride?

Is it possible for these to collapse and cause the car to sit unlevel? How do you replace them? Thanks.

Yeah, like fast377 said, unless you're actually riding on the bumpstops, they won't affect ride height. If you are, you'd be hating life.
The "gangster lean" is very common in these cars. Some people have had success correcting it by rotating their springs. Others more or less learn to live with it.

Well.... considering the following:
The springs are new (and the car did not sag with them until the car went in for some other work).
When the car came back from the work, the ride height was messed up and the rear swaybar had been installed *upside* down to boot (not by the owner).
This is not a bumpstop issue, something is either bent (like the spring perch mount) or missing (like a spring isolator).
