Bleed the brakes. Start there. Let us know how it feels after.

Yup, a good brake bleed (use a couple cans of fluid (total) will do wonders, just replace as much fluid as you can (do not "empty" the system, just keep running fresh fluid through it) and the difference will likley be night and day....

if thats not enough you can go with some stainless brake lines.

Yes, that helped too! You can do just fronts and feel a difference. Haven't seen/heard of anyone offhand that has done all of them anyway.
