Removing boot over rear spring
Removing boot over rear spring Totally worth it! I just wrapped a thick rubber hose around the top coil and bam the rear sits just right. I compared with my car (which doesn't have the hose mod) and my dads car which does. I could fit only 3 fingers between the tire and the fender on my dad's car. On my car if it almost 6 WITH THE SAME SPRINGS! So tomorrow I'm going to go do it to the rear of mine. For anyone who plans on doing the mod, definantly do it. It'll be well worth it. 
I see alot of people doing this mod. I did this mod a long time ago on my previous 2000 Z28(this was in 2001 or so when I did it). I drove alot of miles on that car. Periodically check the hose as it will and can wear out in time and cause metal to metal contact. Alot of it depends on the hose you use. Its a good mod and levels it pretty good. Just some advice to those who are doing this. IT does not happen over night of course lol, it takes quite a while but its easy to check. I usually looked every other oil change.
