which after market springs?

which after market springs? im looking for some after market springs that will keep me very close to stock ride height maybe just a hair lower but need to be very stiff so that i dont rub on my rears if i hit a large bump. my wheels are very flush with the fender and rolling the fender isnt a option as it would do nothing in my case.
please any suggestions on a spring and shock set up, or anything else that would help me out.

I got the strano/koni set up and its stiff in the front and loose in the back.. 275 for the springs and around 700 for the shocks. worth the money as I will not have to replace it ever again 
NOTE: lowers car .5 inch in the front and 1" in the rear..

oh just t clear that up, its a 96 camaro, im guessing with my stock springs ive lost atleast a half inch in ride height when compared to a 02 so losing a half inch or so isnt a big deal just as long as i dont go much lower than that..
ill check out some strano springs.
are they really stiff cause i just really dont want to be cutting up my tire.
anyone else have a suggestion, what are eibach springs like, i hear alot of people running those.
- oh one more thing, when it says on the specs FRONT: 310-550 lbs/in REAR: 145-170 lbs/in is that something in the ball park at what i should be looking for. unfortantly i kinda got lost when i saw those numbers.
