We have an excellent spring for your car. Here's a link to one of our cars with our springs installed. Our part number is SP001 price is $229.95 per set of 4, or if you just need front or rears we sell them individually SP002 front springs, SP003 for the rears. Both sets are $125.95 per pair. If you have any further questions please contact me. http://www.bmrfabrication.com/cc/wayne.jpg

stranos are a good spring if you don't want to go too low. if what Sam says is true about them not sagging over time makes them even better. i'd like my car to sit lower but am happy with the stranos height. wait till he gets them back in stock. $275 isn't just change in my pockets but if they last 100k miles, then i'm more than happy to have paid for them. i would get stranos or cut the stock springs. not really worth it to buy the other brands that some said sag over time since they aren't much cheaper than stranos.

Not low enough for what you want on the looks side. Very similar to my springs in height.

I've got hotchkis on my 98 z28 and I really like them. They won't drop the car too low, just enough. Compared to my brother's car with the Strano springs, it is just a tad bit higher in the rear and about the same in the front. A lot of people recommended the Hotchkis springs on here before the Stranos came out. You're best bet would be to talk to Sam and see what he recommends for YOUR car.

That's another option, and we still sell Hotchkis as well because I think options are good to have. With my springs, I had the chance to sit back and do just what I wanted, and to "fix" the things I didn't like about other springs.

LT1 Pro-kit and Hotchkis are both things I carry and have recommended in the past. I tend to do more of the former than the latter because the Hotchkis can be a pain in the *** to install due to the way they are wound. And that winding makes them much more progressive than I prefer to see. And not long ago I got a report from a guy who changed from Hotchkis to mine and despite my linear rate and all, reported he felt the car rode better. I figure it's because of the way they wind their springs, you don't always gain rate as fast as you need to help support the front in bigger dips. I.E. they don't rise rate early enough, fast enough and that means you hit the bumpstops sooner and harder and that spikes the wheel rate.

Again, I think a viable option, but one that's got some other details involved. In the end, some folks want a more stable wheel rate (not as progressive) and some want the car to be a touch lower. Some folks don't.
