Default Strange Braking "thunk" noise

I swapped out my brakes a few months back to EBC rotors/pads. I then did a full fluid bleed a couple weeks ago. Everything has been great until the last fews days when I've been getting a mild "thunk..thunk.....thunk" sound as I slowly come to a stop. I can even feel a vibration through the left side foot rest. It happens now 100% of the time when coming to a stop (but only when I get <35mph). Any suggestions? Thanks...

Make sure the lug nuts are tight. You never know. Or, look for a warped rotor or a loose caliper or caliper mounting bracket.

Just my thoughts...

I'd be really suprised if a bolt was loose...see my previous post previous post .

Oh, I remember that now.....

Look at the brackets that the caliper bolts to, make sure they are still tight where they bolt to the spindle....

Look closely at the rotor.

When I had a cracked rotor, it would make that exact sound.

Another thing is to remove the wheel and then run a couple of lugnuts back against the rotor. This will put the rotor back in place during normal operation.

Spin the rotor and check to see how much clearance you have between the rotor and the brass looking clips the pads ride on. Also check to see how much clearance you have between the rotor and abutment bracket.

As I recall, the EBC rotors are slightly thicker than OEM.

I went to remove the wheel this morning, to find one of the nuts was only hand tight. This suprised me since I had torqued and double-checked every nut to 100ft/lbs when I put the wheels back on last time. I also inspected the rotor and it looks normal still (no visible cracks or pad deposits). However, it is still making the noise.
If there was a rotor issue, wouldn't I also hear some sort of noise under high speed braking and not just in the 20-40 range?

Your help and advise is greatly appreciated.
