I'd have to say shocks first in your case, but would prefer we talk first to make sure that's the right recommendtion.

Glad you didn't decide to use the pumpkin, as I have seen on
other cars. I believe the clamp-slip fear could be fixed by a tack
weld or two (my tubes are welded and that was done on-car
with no ill effect).
The saleen watts link on my GT500 uses OEM ford arms that have a rubber bushing built into them, I'm pretty sure they come from the crown vics that have a factory watts link. Maybe something like this could be used if you have the ability to adjust the placement of the pieces that clamp onto the axle. There are also some parts out there that place a rubber or poly bushing in place of a rod end, I believe one is called a johnny joint.

In the next few weeks... Not long, but no exact date right now. Not helped by the fact some just won't accept red, which means more time to work out coating different units.

This is not a "will be ready in December" kind of thing. Last week the ETA from Fays2 was 2-3 weeks. The more orders we get, the faster we get them, the sooner we'll see them. All about volume.

This isn't a drag race thing. A Watts is a handling part. You can drag race on them, but you don't really gain a thing by doing so, it's on the street and around corners that this part is meant to, and does it's work. .

Shouldn't be an issue once we know the axle tube diameters. Starting with GM 10-bolts, then I think 12-bolt and 9" next, with the S60 to come. However, the unit itself is the same, only the mounting clamps would need to change, so that shouldn't be a long process once the production has started and the information we need is accurate.

Very good... I will be ordering one as soon as they have a S60 model available.

Just measured mine, looks to be 3" for the axle tubes.

Is the torque arm affected at all with the addition of the Watts link? (settings and what-not)

Being that I don't have any S60's around, or know anybody with one, I'll need someone to take exact measurements. In fact we just might go to a made to order system so folks have to measure correctly. I know it looks like 3", but for example there are rears that use both 3" and 3.25" axle tubes, and you might not see that. The S60 is an unknown to us and can't do anything without some data.

The TA is not effected by the watts or PHB.

Just busted out the calipers and crawled under the car... 3" tubes, even with the POR-15 coating.

Ok, good to know. Is the POR-15 very thick? I don't want to supply 3" clamps and find the tubes are 2.9" and they don't stay tight. Again, I need accurate measurements and paint, especially thick paint, can mess with this.

The calipers are in mm and the reading is just about 76.5mm ... converted in to standard its 3.01181"-ish. I did not lay down a ton of POR, so I'd say that those be some 3" axle tubes.

I can provide some pictures tomorrow with the calipers on the axle tube if you would like, just have to get my stinking camera back.
