Default Only lower the front???? Pics?

I bought a car and it is lowered two inches...

I just bought an STS kit

i was thinking about raising the rear end up to stock and leaving the front lowered...

Has anybody done this?

Can i get some pictures or some feedback about how low the nose is.

Or if looks wrong... Flame me, if you think its a dumb idea... i thought it might look good if i put on big DR's to fill the extra space in the rear wheel wells.

I think it would be WAY too much of a rake with a 2" drop in the front, and stock springs in the back.. Maybe you could get different rear springs, to give you maybe 1" drop, for a better looking rake?

Agreed. I think a 2" front drop unmirrored in the rear stance would look slightly truckish.
A less agressive stance in the front may be what you're looking for.

Get stranos in the front and then stocks in the rear if you are going that route.

If you drive at high speeds, you may poll to see if anyone has done this before with success. The car is shaped like a wing and doing this would effectively change the pitch of that wing - which could introduce instablitiy at higher speeds.

I would definitely just put the stock springs back on the car all the way around.

STS kits aren't the best right out of the box, but they're definitely cool, and you can always upgrade them piece by piece later down the road. I'd definitely like to see some pics/vids/dyno #'s of the setup when you get it all together.

I am lowered in the front (ProKit) stock in the rear with my STS.
Actually going to do the heater hose mod to lower the back a touch as I think that 1/4-1/2 lower will make it just right.
I think if you did that it would look just fine.

it's removing the stock isolaters and then over the top coil sliding on a piece of heater hose so that you dont get all kinds of clunking noises. when you take out the isolater you will see it's super thick. thus you get a slight drop when doing this mod.
