Default BMR springs

I'm getting some BMR lowering springs and I want to know if it's ok to use the stock TA shocks with them. Also how bad will the springs hurt me at the track?

Default Re: BMR springs

The BMR springs are only about 100 in lbs stiffer than stock (about a 20% increase, if that). I don't like stock shocks, but if I were going to use stock shocks with springs, the BMR's are probably as good a choice as any (many springs are way too stiff for the stock shocks, and it is always recommended to upgrade shocks with any springs). I'd suggest SLP Bilstiens or Bilstien HD's (the shocks will hurt you more at the track than the springs will, in most cases), but you may get a year or more out of the stock shocks with those springs.

Just my thoughts,

Kevin
