Its Really easy, i just did My Adjustable Torque arm, PHB, and front& rear Sways this past weekend all BMR. If yours is non adjustable it will be even easier. Just a few bolts and drilling out the old mounts and puttin in the new one at the tranny. Just follow the instructions and it is an easy hour job! what takes the longest is drilling out the few rivets to put the new poly mount it.

squezzing the trouque arm mount bushing is going to be the toughtest part of the install, am assuming its a polying busing you'll be using? You'll really notice the differnce. My torque arm used to move at the bushing untill i put in poly bushing made a big differnce and with the ta you're adding its just going to be that much better. Just be carefull and make sure you secure the car perfectly before you get under there. You should be able to install the ta with no problems. And if you have an extra hand have them help you to tighten the ta bolts the ones in the rear, i had a tough time doing so myslef cause i had a tough time holding the wrench to the bolt and then tightening the nut, but you can do this install yourself.
