Bottom line the Pro Kit is not bad for a street/back road driver. When it comes to the track..Strano for sure.

I agree with everyone. I had Pro-kit front and rears on my car for alittle while. rear started sagging so I jumped on Strano's rear springs when he had an overstock. I think its a perfect combo.

Sportline: 2 inch drop front and rear.
Front spring rate: 360 lbs/in
Rear spring rate: 80-137 lbs/in

Pro-kit: 1.5 inch drop front, "1.3" inch drop rear
Front spring rate: 400 lbs/in
Rear spring rate: 80-137 lbs/in

Sportlines are basically only ever used for looks. Performance wise, they're terrible.

The LT kit rears are SUPPOSED to be better than the LS kit.

btw, eibach springs drop it quite a bit more than what they advertise. mine dropped ~ 2 inches all around. the rears were low enough that id hit the bump stops on certain bridge transitions on the freeway. i ended up swapping the stock rear springs back in and doing the hosemod; its got a nice little rake going on and rides a ton better.

The LT1 pro-kit rear springs SUCK! Their too soft for what little suspension travel your left with after lowering. The front springs are fine; 377-600 lbs/in.

I have sportlines on mine, but like everybody said, if you want looks go with the sportlines and if you want performance go with strano.

Just a reminder the front spring rate for the BMR spring is 550 pounds per inch. The rear spring rate is 170 pounds per inch. The BMR springs are slightly stiffer than the Hotchkis springs and very similar to the Strano springs. We have the springs in stock and if ordered by 3pm est we can ship same day.

I loved the Prokits on my 95 Z28 back in the day. Getting ready to install another set on my 99 TA. Sam Strano recommends them as his 2nd choice to his own springs.
