What am I doing? Changed springs
Today was really my first real day out with the car since doing the hose mod on the rear stock springs and putting in BMR 1" drop springs in the front. I was out after a rake and getting rid of the 4WD look. I netted 1" and .75" and got what I wanted. With just the fronts it does take the turns better. I did notice a little harsher ride and one thing now that I think back about all the driving today was going over bumps. I left the stock springs in thinking it would help with softening the ride up and I could still get my drop (1" in the rear may put me back level which is what I didn't want). Over bumps though it is like the front "stiffer" springs do their thing and the rears kind of bounce. As an example like a boat going over a wave So what did I do? Would it be a better overall ride if I just put in the 170 rear springs from BMR? Maybe I could do the hose mod on the BMR springs with the isolators to keep the rake (in essence stay at the .75" rear drop I have now)?

Doesn't really matter the mileage if you are the stock decarbons. If the shock is not valved well, its not valved well, no matter if its worn out or new. This is the case for stockers... Unless your car is a drag car, these should be the first things to be replaced, especially if you are lowering.

If you replace the rear springs with ours your car is going to handle better than it does with the stockers. The only shocks that i ofgfer for your car at this time is the Tokico HP Series. The are non adjustable but have improved dampning that increases with piston speed. The fronts will run you $139.95 ea and the rears $59.95 ea. If you have any questions or would like to know more about the tokico's please give me a call.
