Wish I could. Just lowered the price to 79,995. Move to the Houston area and offer me 75,000.

Man I would give you 85k if that house was here.... Right now im trying to get this house but the people wont go lower than 100k & its appraised by the city @ 91k...

Out of curiosity, how much $ are property taxes? Didn't see that in the listing. They are usually included in the descriptions around here.

If I remember right, last year they were around 1560. Everything is paid up-taxes, insurance,mortgage. Nothing is late as of now

Wow, that is great! That is a low tax bill, even for a 1200 sq ft house. Williamson County is really sticking it to people this year.
