3-2-2 about 1/2 between Houston and Galveston in Dickinson. All brick, new exterior paint on the eaves and new interior paint. Will have new carpet in 2 weeks (10-12-09). Asking $90K. All offers will be looked at.

i grew up in dickinson exit 19. I lived on 40th street.

Actually been trying to sell for 2 years, but decided to take it off the market while I fixed it up a little bit. Was a nice drive to work until I moved in with the wife. 10 miles from here vs. 55 miles from where I live now, haha. Almost as bad as picking up a short block.

Yea, but the price goes up $35k.

Yea, I know Mark, better back in the late 80's than now. Havn't seen each other except at the Nat's in Houston and he was driving by. If I remember right, he had a nephew named Troy? Can't remember his last name now, but Troy and I worked together at HILO in 89-91.

got remarried last year and moved in with my wife in Katy, long drive to NASA everyday but well worth it being married to her. We have some land in Santa Fe that we are going to build on when her daughter graduates h.s. Can't wait to get back down this way.

Edited, i am now 55 miles from work. Does get old, but wife is well worth the drive.

Bring me an offer of 80K. First time home buyers still get $8000 tax credit next year. That's like paying $72000 for this house.
