Complete engine, Pontiac 400 is up for sale. Pretty quick street motor, but I'm doing an LS swap so this needs to go.

When I bought this from the previous owner, this is the engine spec sheet that the engine shop gave him:



I'm selling this complete, minus exhaust manifolds and carburetor. I removed the valve covers and the roller rockers look great:





The heads are 7K3 though, so I'm not sure how the engine spec sheet can say TRW 11-1. I have not pulled the heads.

Comes with flexplate and if I can find the starter in my garage, you'll get that too.

I'm selling this for what I got my LS motor for: $1200. I'm somewhat flexible on the price though, just contact me and we'll talk. I'm located in the Sugar Land/Stafford area (about 20 minutes from Houston).

interested- got a 70 GTO that needs a motor. was it running when you pulled it out?

can you PM me some details on the motor?

7K3 are good heads- 72 GTO 400 I beleive. only prob is 7K3's don't have end bolt holes for headers. my 65 Grand Prix has them on a 455 and they work great.

do you have the trans???
