It's fine at idle it sits a little low but under normal driving conditions its where it should be. As long as its above 20 your in the "good" area its when it goes below 20 where you should look into it.
The car is about to have its next oil/filter change, it could be the filter i last used. One of my previous cars did the same thing when I did an oil change but on its next change I used a Mobil1 filter and it was at normal range even at idle so probably all it is.

A little help for ya with the brake/abs inop light. I had the same problem on my 2001 ta for like 6-7 months. I was told its the wheel sensor, or that I needed to replace my brakes, blah blah blah. Nothing seemed to turn the christmas tree lights off. Well one day while replacing a fuse in the engine bay, I decided to look at the brake fuses. Its one of the bigger ones. Sure enough it was burned out. I went into wal mart and bought one for like 3-4 bucks. Best money I ever spent. Christmas was officially over...
