Like the title says. i have a factory LS6 off an 02 Camaro for sale, It was damaged in shipping and i repaired it 2 years ago, have ran it on my car ever since. About two months ago I started getting MAP codes, removed intake. Sealed intake holes, vacuum tested to find the leak-pinhole in my repair.

I filled pinhole from inside and out and retested. Completely no leaks now. NO damage can be seen from the outside-the damage was around where the complete rear fitting for the map sensor/booster hose/vacuum line goes and there was a hairline crack around the assembly. Also at the same time it was damaged-the "holder" for the map sensor was broken off, so i have used a screw with a washer to keep it secured and had no problems and is included.

haha, havnt been on here much anymore. i swear i typed in repaired LS6 and two came up that they were asking $400.

 

Is it just me or is that an ls3 rectangular port intake it may just be me lol.

 

Ha, its just you, LS3 intakes are completely different, 4 bolt TB, has a sensor bung up by the throttle body.
