Thats about a $4000-$4500 car at best. LT1s are no fun to work on. The Opti is also in a terrible place. What is going on with those exhaust tips? FWIW, I had a 1996 Formula.

You can't imagine how clean this car really is, I've never seen a 4th gen in this kind of shape. None of the F body rattles, T-tops don't leak, windows go up and down quickly, etc. It's a very solid car. That said, if someone showed up at my lot with $4500 cash, I would probably take it. Exhaust tips are strange, I think they're upside down, was like that when I got it. I figured the buyer would wind up swapping his own exhaust in anyway.
