Default FS: 1998 LS1 Formula shell (Currently driveable)

$3,100 for the shell with all the parts listed below on it.
$2,800
$2500 $2300 BYOW (Bring your own wheels)

Located in Kyle (Can meet in Austin/San Antonio)

I bought a S13 Coupe a few weeks ago, and I've always wanted a V8 Nissan.

My Formula was set up for ESP Autocross, so the suspension is mainly what I focused on when I modified the car. If interested, you can come drive the car - it's 100% functional. Ideally, I'd like to find a buyer for the shell before I pull the engine out.

It's a 1998 T-Top Formula Firebird (non-WS6). Everything works, it has a clean title and is registered/street legal, all that business.

Obviously I'll be pulling the Engine/Accessories/Trans/ECU but here is the upgraded stuff that would be left on the car:

Strano Springs
Koni Yellows (Single Adjustable)
Reinforced Swaybar Brackets (BlaineFab)
35mm Hollow front sway bar (can replace with WS6 bar for $100 off the price)
Rear WS6 swaybar
Rod End Panhard Bar (UBE brand)
Delrin offset bushing front UCAs
Eaton Clutch type Differential (~1 year old, less than 2,000 miles)
ARP Wheel studs (front and rear)
Moog (non-voided) LRCA bushings
Spare Fenders (used for my 17x12 CCWs)
Front Lower Control Arm Bushings (Moog K200790 ball-joint type)
Aftermarket WS6 type hood (scoops aren't functional though)
The rear fenders are pulled, I've fit a 335 back there with no problem.

A/C and radio are removed, I have everything in a box. The driver's side window won't roll all the way up - the rail needs some adjusting, haven't had the time to mess with it. It's garaged.

I've got some of the stock parts if you want to negotiate on the price.

PM me here or email flat black 280 at the g mails.

I'd be willing to part this out too if I can get some serious interest in the big stuff. (Shell, rear axle, front clip, suspension, subframes, stuff like that)

Bump! $2500. ($2300 if you bring your own wheels). About ready to do the swap. Sunday will probably be my last race in the car - feel free to come watch and/or drive the car if you want!

If I don't get any response by the time I get back from Nationals in early September, I'll just start parting out.

Here's a walk-around video:

Running a 98 ecu and harness in a s13 will cause more trouble than its worth in the long run. I also think it's a waste to kill off a fine fbody to make another run of the mill s13 with an ls1 swap that you can find at every drift event. But of course this is an fbody site and I have a biased opinion

I don't drift, and this isn't an F-Body site - it's an LS1 site.

I'm sorry, I should have checked with you when I bought this car two years ago with the intention of putting its engine in a Nissan

I only mean it as a compliment good sir, the car is in good looking condition and it's not common to see fbody cars setup for the track.

Sorry for the bitchy reply last night. I actually love driving the Firebird at the track, but for Autocross it's hard to see out of (I'm short) and heavier than I like.

I was really hoping someone would want to just drop their built engine into this chassis and get it back out there - it's setup really well as is.
