good luck with your sale. cam and autos are a niche market.
Thanks!

I've had a couple of lookers, but no biters.

I was told this is going to be a challenge, haven't tried eBay or Craigslist just yet tho. I'm afraid of the tire kickers.

You should definitely try Ebay. Your car has relatively low miles, plus you will attract a whole other market of buyers who for the most part aren't as cheap as ls1techers.

Never listed a car on eBay, but my wife has listed "other" things.

Just a quick look, just to list it costs $90, and i'm sure PayPal will want their cut as well.

Maybe I should just get it over with huh? lol

I wouldn't recommend Paypal as a way to have them pay for your car (have them send you a cashiers check or direct deposit). Don't forget to set the reserve!

Good point, Paypal wants 2.2% of the final transaction! OUCH!

Too bad your neighbor pulled out. Market is super soft right now.

I can show this to my wife. She is mulling over getting another one. Hardtop and A4 are what she would be looking for, but she likes the more mainstream paint colors like silver, pewter, NBM, and white.

I'll try to remember to show her this thread... but I also fear the budget ain't quite there... more like 10K-ish

You're right about the soft market, just picked up a stock 99' w/ 60k miles in excellent shape for $7300

Good luck on this one, you might just have to pay it down another year or so though
