Man. I was just looking in the classified section for a deal like this yesterday. Too bad it was posted here instead of the classifieds.

J/K. FYI There is a for sale sub section in the TX forum.

We can do the mixed sets like C5 front and LS1 F body rears no problem.

Typically it is going to take up to 5 days to ship now, due to a change in the suppliers policy.

Can we get more info on the manufacturer of these parts? The price is excellent but at the same time it almost seems to good to be true. I would definately like to get the rotors as long as they are not chinese cracker jack quality and would like more info on the pads, there is no brand name or did I miss it?

edit: anyone using these pads that can chime in on if these pads create alot of dust, the cheap pads that came on my car dust like crazy and it gets frustrating being able to see dust on my wheels after one day of driving.

I understand what you are saying about chinese quality, it has to monitored very carefully. The blanks are provided by one of the major importers/distributors of rotors and they supply many of the major auto parts stores here. They meet ISO 9001 & 9002 standards.

Mike at Online Rotors then gets them machined and zinc plated. There has not been anyone who has had an issue with the rotors cracking.

The pads are the generic version of the hawk brake pads.

Sounds good,

any experience with the pads? my concerns would be mostly
1. Cold grip/bite.
2. Dust.
3. Prone to squealing.

saw in another thread something about stainless lines, do you sell those also?

I should be able to get the stainless lines as well I will check on that in the morning.

Unfortunately I don't have experience with the pads yet. The set pictured are for my car and I have not installed them yet as they are not due just yet and I have another project of more importance right now (NX kit )

Most of they guys who got them, did not order the pads (a few did) I have not heard any complaints about them and got one good coment about them in another thread.

I went for the C5 front and 98-02 Fbody rear, originally for my 396 project. I was getting my SS title changed and needed to do a brake & light safety inspection. The guy said my stock rotors weren't going to pass. I told him that I had a new set at home for my other Camaro and asked if I could put those on. He agreed, if I could get back in time before they closed (2 hrs).

I had a new set of GM pads, but could not find them anywhere at storage or my ex's house, so I just ran to Autozone & grabbed a pair of their ceramic pads.

Put the rears on and passed

Came back home and put on the fronts.

I have about 1000 miles on them already. No dust, squealing or noise. My brake adapters were from ebay (and a piece of crap, should have went with UMI) so the middle of the pad is off on the fronts about .100", I need to break the welds for the stand offs and elongate the holes on the base. Regardless this has nothing to do with the rotors.

I've stopped on a dime, whether I'm driving with the car cold, in summer bumper to bumper traffic, at night on a wet street, though my GSD3's probably help out a bit too

Well thats with these rotors and what pads??? Did you leave on the autozone rears? and what front pads? If you are referring to these pads not dusting or squealing then I am sold.

I left the Autozone Ceramic pads on front and rear.

I found my GM pads last weekend, but I'll just save them for my other C5 conversion or my next brake job, whichever comes first.
