Call Gary at HPE as Chuck is still doing LT-1's and actually did mine a couple of weeks ago. Turned out my tune from Bryan at PCMforless was spot on when he got it on the dyno and just me worring too much when I was data logging, so they just charged me for the dyno pull. FYI - Chuck does good stuff!!!!

What was your reason for putting in a Gen I SB???
Tired of messing with the opti, i had invested allot of time and money and the LT1 locked up, so i said to hell with it, i have a spare SBC laying around with a nasty cam, so the cheapest route(since i have tons of SBC **** laying around) was to convert to this, i was going to do a LS1 swap, but $$$ is not right for now. I will do a LSx swap in a third gen eventually i suppose, but not any time soon. BUT, it will be carbed, EFI doesnt make any more power than carbed does when tuned right, it usually makes a bit more across the board with EFI though.

I'd say in the time between asking the question on Nov 3rd, and today being the 10th.... you probably could've called them and asked. Not trying to be a dick... just saying... rates change with time and services needed... so just get a quote from the shop.

I know you're just trying to spread the bad word and all... but it was already stated that Gforce doesn't do LT1 stuff anymore. Mike told me he wanted to move away from them 2 years ago.

Not sure what the rules are on starting bashing threads, but don't ***** up other threads just cause they came up in your search.

Back on topic. No clue how to get in contact with Moe Bailey... not sure if he has a shop or what.
Check the sponsors to the right.... good source for contact info and hit up some of them to see what they can do, or who they suggest.
