HIGHLY doubt that UT has a valid shot at the title at this point, winning out or not! They could win the BIG 12 still, and not go to the title game, just like Tech!

Congrats to Texas Tech. It was pretty obvious Tech wanted this game more, even though I'm very proud of the heart UT showed.
Good luck on the rest of your season, even though I'll admit, I'll be pulling hard for Oklahoma and Oklahoma State in the next few weeks.
Tough game for the Big 12 conference, too. If Tech, Penn State, and Bama win out, Tech won't get a whiff of the BCS title game.

Come on guys lets take it like men.. We showed we have heart and Tech played a Helluva game. They will have to show what they are made of in the next few weeks with OU & OSU in their near future. Lets see if the polls are as kind to us as they were to OSU last week and OU when we beat them.

I agree.. theres no way in hell that tech will be left out. If tech wins out... they're in the title game... and penn st will be out IMO.
UT wins out.
Tech loses to OU but wins the rest of its games. This means OU, Tech, and UT each have identical records.
If memory serves, the next tie breaker is highest ranked team in the BCS is declared the winner, which would be OU, most likely.
So, OU could go to the Big 12 Championship.
OU loses to Missouri in the Big 12 Championship.
Missouri backs into a BCS game, OU likely gets an at-large BCS bid, and UT and Tech get to fighter over the Holiday and Cotton Bowls.

I wonder where Texas will land in the top 25 since they beat OU? Either way they lost, but they showed they still have the heart to stay in the game and fight till the last second.
