My name is Jason Bailey, owner of Texas Drivetran Performance (TDP). I have been in business since 2003 and specialize in Standard trans rebuilding and rear gear setups/rebuilds. I have done well over 1000 T56 rebuilds, as well as ring and pinion installs. Many people here already know me, but I finally decided to pony up and be a sponsor on this site.

To start with, I am offering the following specials..

T56 Rebuild: $650 Parts and Labor Included.
Parts:
-All new synchro rings
-New load springs and keys
-New seals
-New shift fork pads
-Steel 3-4 shift fork
-Billet 3-4 keys

Add $275 for the Corvette and GTO T56

I use all the best and most current parts available.

If you need the trans R&R'ed, it is an additional $200 for a GTO or F-body, or $450 for a C5 Vette, $700 for a C6.

Gear Installs:
F-body - $425 out the door for stock 10-bolt axle. 3.42, 3.73, or 4.10
Y-body - $925 out the door. 3.42, 3.73, 3.90, or 4.10

Jason's taken care of me a couple of times. Even met me at his shop at 9PM on a friday night to drop off my car and tried his hardest to have the car back together for a race on Saturday (but couldn't get parts in time).

Rebuilt my T56 and put gears in the car... Super guy....

 

Installed his clutch in my sprayed vette and beat the Hell out of it for over a year before passing it on to the next lucky owner. Jason stayed after hours to work around my headers and complete the job. Great guy!

is the rebuild rate, reusing the stock, supplied unit?
if i were to send my t56, i would assume the same case would be the one returned.?
what method is used for shipping?

 

Jason rebuilt a couple of trannies I had and they worked great. I beat the living **** out of them at the track...
