I ran across this. When I was a kid, the same thing went on. Uncles egged us on to fight each other, my mom would make my brother and I put our arms behind our back and let our other brother hit us as many times as she sees fit, and getting in fights happened all the time while I was in Day Care...I don't really remember it, but was sent home quite a few times.

I definately don't condone the adults behavior, but I've seen kids do worse to each other. And they're playing it up as this big "Military" thing, if the guy worked at McDonald's would they give a formal statement?

I think that allot of us went through that more than we realize, especially if you had older brothers or cousins. Im sure you all have early memories of fighting with kids and cousins. This is just in my opinion the media doing the stupid shock stories instead of covering the real issues. Much a do about nothing imo.

 

I would agree that alot of us went thru this...
But how many people recall their dads egging you on to fight like you are in MMA, when you are 2. I dont think many.. We might of had brothers and sisters that would beat on the younger one, but Mom and Dad did not stand there and tell them to.

And if they were, then IMO they are piece of **** parents..

Sorry my older brother used to beat my *** when the coast was clear... but that guy is a jack ***. I have no problem with kids defending themselves and I will be the first to tell my boys not to take any **** but those kids are not the age to be learing those lessons just yet. Kid that age deserves to feel safe at home... and posting it on you tube just makes him that much more of an ***. Egging them on with the video camera going makes it pretty hard to believe he was trying to teach anyone a lesson. Even the older kid new it should be stopped....

From what i could hear it seems like one kid hit another first. Dad said thats what you get for hitting him. I agree with pops, dont start nothin wont be nothin!

 

he is trying to raise his kids to be tuff whats wrong with that, to many lil wimps these days that cry about everything.

 

Those kids are like 2 yrs old..... Nothing worse than a wimpy two year old Give me a break.

 

As a parent with two boys below the age of 3, that video really bothers me.

 

You dont encourage your toddlers to fight, thats just wrong. teaching a kid to defend themselves is one thing, but standing over them encouraging a fight is fucked up.

My best friends dad once tried to encourage him to fight me and he did and I beat him so bad his dad stepped in and punched me to stop it.
