I get just as angry when I see fat people park in a handicap spot with there little handicap tag that says because they have bad knees and being fat they deserve a spot, while the military veteran with one leg has to park somewhere else even know he has the same tag....

I have no sympathy for you. My elderly mother is about as handicapped as possible and we greatly depend on those parking spots. When people illegally use them for no reason other than pure laziness I smile when they are called for their actions.
You really have no chance of winning this one in court. You were parked illegally in an area designated for handicapped use only. Those stripes indicate that it is illegal to park there and carries the same penalty as parking in the actual spaces because you were blocking the ramp. You were in a handicapped parking space.
You have no argument due to the wrong color of your car. Lighting conditions play tricks on the eyes. Dark blue, purple, and even dark green look black in certain lighting conditions. With the thousands of car colors now days the officer has no duty to find out the name of the color.

Im 30 years old and i have NEVER had a cop help me for ANY reason. I sure do get fucked with though. I have done my share of stupid **** and will admit to ALL of it.
