Just calling it how i see it. I have a huge hatred toward badge syndrome cops. The officers that are normal human beings have all my respect. I will state again that I have NEVER been helped by a cop.

Sorry you feel im a moron.

Yeah adam, i think youre SOL on this one. i hope you do get out of it though, i mean, come on, yeah, hes parked in the stripes next to a handicapped spot. "OOOOOHHHHH" He would have backed up and gone round' the parking lot if need-be to allow someone to use the ramp. Its not like someone in wheelchair came up, and he just stayed there and blocked him/her. I mean be real guys, all of you going off on the kid act like u follow the law by every word of the book(yeah, right) This is a bad ticket, its not even worth the time spent writing it( As the cop writes it out, theres a mustang acting as if he is the ****, which as we all know, is an even worse offense than whats being discussed) Good luck Adam

Adam...(and everyone else)

If we break the law (in any form or fashion) we take the chance of being caught. If the officer lets you make it…consider yourself lucky.
If you are cited, it’s your choice rather or not to pay the fine or contest it. Like stated in a previous post…most members of the forum have been guilty of breaking traffic laws.

Personally, I’ve parked in a handicap spot and had my truck towed… I paid the tow but contested the fine and won. Speeding tickets… I paid the fines. I got a racing ticket once, contested and won.

I say next time, park way off or circle the parking lot.

Or you could sit and wait in the fire zone.

Screw it, I'd find a way to get one of those handicap signs on your mirror and park in a handicap spot every day from now on. Most people that have those signs jump out of their car perfectly fine.

You are parked in a handicapped parking area. Your complaint is that you would have moved if a handicapped vehicle shows up. The police officer can not read you mind, how does he know that you would move for someone who needs the spot?

*I have a 6 month old with a medical condition that will someday require a handicapped vehicle

it's not a stupid ticket, it's a stupid decision on your part for where you chose to park...

I did not lose my leg over seas but it is gone. I have been learning to walk for almost two years since my femur was so mangled. Yes I have a handicap sticker in my 2002 ss le so what if you need it you need it. it is hard enough to park and get out when you have issues like this so find a real spot to park lazy A$$. You may feel that the people with handicaop stickers don't deserve them but you don't know the situation. you would have been better off pulling up in front of cici's and waiting.

that is funny I am in. See his leg locked straight and see if he can get in and out of an fbody in a regular spot. But he is probably 20 and 5'4" 125lbs. Not 6'3" 295 built.

im probabaly 18 6'2 and 190 and although i do not have a mangled leg i would not wish that upon anyone i bet it was hard at first but you learn to deal with it. I do how ever feel youre acting imature.... i did not say ever that i think people that have handicap stickers dont deserve them... look over the entire thread, both your legs don work but your eyes do... so use them. BTW you also have no idea what kinda situation im in so mind you own buisness, your right i would have been better just waiting infront and not pulling in the space that i did, my mistake. but how imature of you to wish i had a leg locked straight... seriously

Ya 4real yall are getting dick hurt over nothing 4real, he just feels that is a stupid ticket and expressed his opinion on here. Nowhere did he say f*** the handicapped and the disabled. But the way i see yall bitching about it, ur making me think twice about saying that ****. Get over it forreal. As stated, im sure he'da moved if someone had pulled up. You act as if he beat the hell out of gramps with his own damn walker, then got back in the car and sat there. damn. Hey turbologics? U ever sped before? I know i have, and i bet 99% of the poeple on this website have, so thats makes u, as with me, and the others, all, equally retarded. Just cause he got caught doesnt make him any different. Thats my 5 cents, cuz 2 cents is 4 cheapskates.
