Wow @ the ignorant ******* in this thread saying "**** adam for parking there"..He was in the white stripes IN BETWEEN the 2 h-cap spots!! This is in no way blocking someone from pulling in there. And even if they had a handicap ramp for a wheelchair, I bet he gladly would have moved.
