Sucky but atleast it will come right off. They could have done worse like scratched it all up or even beat the **** out of it.. But still a messed up deal.

Idk what the hell this gold paint is, but it's not coming off for ****. It's a VERY abrasive paint. The white comes off just fine.

Looks like the work of some junior high punks. At least one girl is involved - who paints a heart? I'd say the chick had the white can and a taller guy had the gold. Very immature.

Good luck.

Well, been at it non-stop, and I'm a little under half way done. If ANY of you hear anything about the people being caught, or this happening again, PLEASE tell me.

It def looks like a chick that did the "zebra" and the heart. Although is could have been a
failed attempt at making a "bird" (t/a bird).

Maybe try using a hairdrier on the gold paint to soften or loosen it up? That might have a negative efect though. Just throwing out ideas.

As a last resort you might could use 2000grit wet sandpaper, although you will
def have to go back over and buff/ polish.

At my job, they use Impalas as company vahicles for sales rep. Well they had just gotten 2 new 07 Impalas with 2x miles on them. They parked them about
30 yards from where we paint tractor trailers (53ft trailer we have to leave the
door open and paint a section at a time)

So two brand new black cars ended up with white overspray on every inch of the body/ glass/ wheels. When we get "depreciated" cars in to sell, I have to detail them out before hand. So it was my job to remove the overspray. I used
claybar and the body and acetone on the windshields and plastic trimming.

Man I can't even imagine that I'm still in shock and it's not my car! I don't understand why anybody would want to do that! IDK what I'd do if that happened to me. I hope the cops get those lil bastards!

Currently using Acetone. Seems to be working. Just don't want it to mess up my clearcoat or paint, so I'm washing it RIGHT after I wipe it with the Acetone.

I hope so too, but doubt it. I checked it out, and this has happened 3 times within the last 6 months. The LCPD don't know what the **** they're doing.
