Damn the scamming has gotten BAD recently.
At least the scammer is dumb enough to post his REAL email address.
Seriously, get the FBI involved. Its across state lines so that is illegal interstate commerce (something close to that), fraud and its over $1500 which IIRC they can bring some big federal charges on him.

yeah.. kinda is. any NY members? lol.
I would say give him a call, but it may be best if you don't let him know you have his info until you know what to do about the situation for sure..

Hate to tell you this but youve got to do something or your money will be LONG gone.
Trust me, your parents wont kill you. If you earned your money and got it stolen and I was your parents, Id want to kill the someone that ripped you off.

dang this sucks *****... dude next time keep craigslist local only.. there is so much **** floating around on there its hard to even make a legit sale and meet up without getting ganked... Sucks they took your savings... I agree with the across state lines thing, it would have been better to pay with a cashiers check. That way they get his fingerprint to cash the check and he usually has to go through amajor financial institution to cash it... Video cameras, logs, ect... Plus thats mail fraud and extorsion... Federal offenses... But no use in crying now. Call paypal, speak with human... And call the police if he fails to answer...

THERE WAS A POST RIGHT BELOW THAT PROCHARGER SAYING IT WAS A SCAM!!
Why in the word did you buy it then?
Sometimes things are just to good to be true. Come on now guys you know good and well what information you need to get and also when something looks like its to good of a deal, it may just be to good to be true.
Scaming has gotten bad, only because its getting to easy to do it. To many people see something dirt cheap and jump on it. How many lessons have to be learned to spot stuff like this.
